Giulia Specchia

Following graduation in 2017, Giulia worked as a first opinion vet for a year in Nottingham, and then for a further year and a half in Italy. Since moving back to the UK in September 2020, she then went on to complete one year of a rotating internship at Pride Veterinary Referrals, followed by a specialist internship in internal medicine which lasted eight months at Pride Veterinary Referrals. At present, Giulia has now started a residency in internal medicine.

Giulia has two lovely cats; both were rescued from Italy and travelled with her and her partner to the UK. She loves travelling and takes any chance she can to explore new places. In her spare time, she also enjoys hiking, reading, and cooking.
