Rodrigo Alvarez Ventura

After graduating in July 2018 from the Universidad de Leon, Spain, Rodrigo moved to the UK and completed the IVC Evidensia Graduate Academy Programme. In 2020, he then undertook rotating and surgical internships at Southern Counties Veterinary Specialists in Hampshire, where he earned his GP Certificate in Small Animal Surgery. Following this, Rodrigo worked as an emergency service provider for Vets Now before beginning his residency at Pride Veterinary Referrals in 2024.

Rodrigo is interested in both soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery, particularly in minimally invasive techniques.

In his spare time, Rodrigo enjoys hiking with his dog, Bubs. He also loves to travel, especially back home to Spain.
